Does this manual cover abs systems installed on 2000 and up Fuso Fg? I have a full service manual and revision pack for the 2000 year model already but they don’t cover the abs system.

I have check engine light on,, and when I turn my engine on it shakes and after 5 minutes engine turns off.
I’m looking to find the OBD II connector plug but I can not find it.
Does this manual cover and show where the plug is located???
Also can you suggest which is a good OBD II reader for this truck.
Being that there’s so many out in the market.
